Malling Art Club

Malling Art Club was formed in 1978 to promote an interest in art, particularly painting and drawing by means of tuition, art demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions. The Club was honoured when Graham Sutherland became our first President and following his death in 1980, when artist Roger de Grey took up the presidency. Upon his death in 1995, his wife Flavia Irwin, Lady de Grey, herself a renowned artist, kindly took his place.

Angela Lovegrove, who was a founder member of Malling Art Club and a supporter of the Club for 30 years, has now become our President and we look forward to her continued support.

We have 70 members and monthly meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at Offham Village Hall commencing at 8:00pm, where we cover a wide range of subjects. We also have successful exhibitions and 'Painting Out Days' each week during the summer months and hold a month long exhibition in West Malling library.

If you wish to come along and sample one of our meetings, we charge £3 per visitor or if you wish to join the Club please collect one of the subscription notices or click to here to enquire. We very much look forward to welcoming new members.
